Due to the increasing price of electricity, I would like to inform you that as of September 1st, 2021 the rent will increase $50 dollars on all 30 amp and 50 amp campers/trailers.
- Rent for 30 amp campers/trailers: $500
- Rent for 50 amp campers/trailers: $550
The price above is for two occupants and two vehicles. There will be an additional $25.00 fee for each additional person/vehicle.
Rent must be paid in advance. All payments must be made with Cashier Check or Credit Card. There will be a 3% convenience fee for credit card use.
Just a reminder, rent is due the first of every month. There will be a $20 late fee applied after the fifth day of the month.
*Rental requires a $50 deposit.
